John A. Sarcone, III, Esq. is a 1995 Graduate of the Pace University School of Law (Honors), with a Certificate in International Trade and Commercial Transactions and International Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Sarcone was Managing Editor of the Pace International Law Review 1994-1995.

   Mr. Sarcone is the Managing Attorney overseeing all areas of the Firm’s practice, that includes, insurance defense for personal injury and property and casualty claims, general litigation, commercial litigation (Federal and State), construction and labor law, municipal and administrative law, arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution and not for profit organizations real estate development, residential and commercial deals, probate, matrimonial and general business law.

   Mr. Sarcone is the former attorney for the Town of Cornwall in Orange County New York, former member of the Town of Cornwall Planning Board and served as the Town Attorney for the Town of Eastchester from January, 2004 through December, 2007.

   Mr. Sarcone is the former Principal Law Clerk to the Hon. Elbert C. Hinkson, Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, 12th Judicial District. Mr. Sarcone is a former member of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles Appeals Board. Mr. Sarcone has been a member of Pace Law School’s Alumni Board of Directors since 1995. Mr. Sarcone is a member of the Association of the City Bar of New York, the New York State Bar Association (member, Municipal Law Section), the Westchester County Bar Association (Municipal Law section), the Columbian Lawyers Association of Westchester County and the Westchester County Women’s Bar Association.

   Mr. Sarcone is qualified to serve as and has been appointed by the Courts in Westchester, Rockland, Orange and Bronx Counties as a Guardian ad Litem in Surrogate Court and the Guardian Court of Westchester County and as a Referee in foreclosure matters in Westchester, Bronx, Orange and Dutchess Counties. Mr. Sarcone has also been appointed as a hearing officer in employer/employee disciplinary matters.
