We collect very little data when a website user visits the site but do collect personal data when a website user chooses to engage with us and provide the data willingly by emailing, calling, or completing and submission of a contact form.

We use several tools for the purpose of managing our website and gaining insight into the overall traffic patterns that occur as viewers navigate through the site pages. 11. How do we protect your data?
When you are viewing our website the communication between your computer (or device) is secured via SSL (Secure-Socket Layer) protocol which creates a 1:1 secure communication channel between you and the website. Any details you provide via the Contact Form is secured in the same manner and transmitted to our attention via internal communications (database/email).
We regularly permanently delete/purge inbound requests and communication to ensure that only the minimal information is kept for the sole purposes described within this Privacy Policy. Your data when stored within our systems is done through the use of strong password-protected systems utilizing encryption and other means of data security.
12. Essential Providers
This website utilizes several technology providers (technologies) that are essential for usability, functionality, or management. Where applicable some technologies which may passively capture or track personally identifiable information are listed below (e.g., IP address). These providers do not have visibility with any details of your personal information that you may share with UFPO (e.g., Name, email, communication details, etc.). We do not share your personal information with third-party technologies supporting that support this website.
Google Web Fonts
For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address. The only information that Google will be aware of (is the page being accessed, the font used on that page and the IP accessing that page).
